And the best part? When you take a trip, you can still show up at the gym, from anywhere! Consistently showing modifications from the in laws house, to the pool deck, to the hotel room. You can literally JUST KEEP MOVING!

6:15-6:45am ET- 30 Minute Full Body Functional Strength Class
Tuesdays
8:00-8:30am ET- 30 Minute Advanced Strength/HIIT
Thursdays
8:00-8:30am ET- 30 Minute Advanced Strength
Fridays
8:00-8:30am ET- 30 Minute Beginner Strength- intention on form & function of large muscle groups- slow, controlled
Saturdays (6 only, starting this sat mar 15)
9:00-10:00am ET- 60 Min Kinstrength Class- 15 min dynamic warm up/25 min core/leg strength/ 15 min stretch/cool down
All class recordings are sent to those registered for the spring session, making it easy for you to make up a class.
