WALK IT OUT. Walking gives us the perfect environment for conversation and connection. It offers us a space, without any distractions.

TALK IT OUT with a friend. Even better. The pleasure of sharing an experience, like walking, makes us happier.

WORK IT OUT. Walk for exercise and pump those arms for 20 seconds, with a one minute slow walk. Alternate for 6 rounds and FEEL how good it FEELS to shine your heart and breathe a little harder. 

You want to feel strong, energized and empowered to: 

  • Take long walks with friends

  • Be adventurous with your young adult children on family trips.

  • Teach your kids how good it feels to nourish with a functional health plan.
