Challenge yourself to complete a one minute plank every day during May.
Each day, you will receive a new one minute video with a fun plank variation that gets progressively more challenging during the month.
One third of the proceeds from the plank challenge will be donated to the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation, the leading health organization dedicated to preventing osteoporosis and broken bones, promoting strong bones for life and reducing human suffering through programs of public and clinician awareness, education, advocacy and research.
Starting May 1, you will receive an email each day in May at 5:00am ET containing the link to the video containing the one minute plank variation for the day.
Every day, after you do your one minute plank, add a comment to the YouTube video.
