Let’s Plank the May Way
This year, May is extra special, as it commemorates 5 years of JRAPPFIT Health & Wellness.
We are celebrating over here with the launch of a new ONE MINUTE Plank Challenge Series, where you will build strong bones & strong muscles for a strong mind and a healthy heart.
The challenge is for you to do a one-minute plank every day in the month of May. You will receive a video each day with a fun plank variation that will build in intensity throughout the month.
Core strength is crucial for stability and balance. A strong core helps support bones and can prevent falls and injuries.
May is National Osteoporosis Month, and I am passionate about raising awareness around bone health and how to prevent this disease.
I will be donating one third of the proceeds of my plank challenge to the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation.
Why? Because I believe osteoporosis can be prevented by strengthening your bones, and it all starts with a strong core.
Every day in the month of May, you will receive a one-minute new plank challenge video.
Each day you'll build core strength with exercises that improve your posture and your flexibility.
