Food, Glorious Food!

I've truly never enjoyed food more than I do now because I know exactly what to eat to nourish, fuel, and heal my body.

As a functional health and master nutrition coach I am passionate about helping you discover how food can impact your body one bite at a time.

I still eat chips and dip ... the chips are a little cleaner and the dip is packed with protein, healthy fats and SO MUCH FLAVOR!

I still have donuts on occasion, drink a good glass of wine with friends, and choose dinners out with friends where I have the bread, the wine and the dessert!
