Better Relationship with Food
I feel so much better thanks to Jenny’s help as my nutrition coach. My mood is more stable, my jeans feel just a tad looser, and my energy has been better. Best of all, I can tell a change in me because I can see the affect on my children. A happier me means a happier them!
Jenny made me feel comfortable with how I shared my food habits, helped me track closely for a little while to understand my relationship with food better and was a great guiding and encouraging spirit. I have some serious back issues, and did not work out at all while working with Jenny. It was ALL nutrition and I still got all the results I wanted. And my back feels better than it did 3 months ago. Being in Jenny’s orbit is a special thing.

Move Better. Feel Better.
I hiked Moosilauke yesterday. This is a hard hike. Not something I’d ever imagined doing in November and good eating and strength training made it possible. Jenny has taught me how to eat more whole foods with intention and gratitude. She taught me how to spend less time in the kitchen cooking and more time at the table eating. I have slowed down how I eat, and this has allowed my stomach/gut to feel so much better. I digest my food better, move better, and generally feel better. I am so grateful for your support, Jenny!!

A few tweaks. Major relief.
I started with just a few personal trainings with Jenny. She noticed right away that I was having trouble with indigestion. I decided to set up a nutrition call with her. I was reluctant, because I am 75 years old. What could she really do at this point? I underestimated her. She helped me change my diet and now I can comfortably reach down and touch my toes without pain in my stomach. She was very attentive to what I was eating for a few weeks. Then, I made a few changes to my soups, stews and dishes and started feeling better within a few days! I could not believe these small changes could help me feel so much better. Jenny is a wealth of good information with the ability to help my generation.
