Muscles Start in the Kitchen
“Muscle starts in the kitchen.”
I used to laugh out loud at this phrase. Those were the days that I could do a HIIT class at OTF, or run a few miles and then eat a row of oreos or a full bag of Cadbury Mini eggs and everything seemed to work okay. Work harder meant work out hard to burn off the mini eggs and eat a little less for the next week.
THIS IS THE WORST THING peri, meno and post menopausal women can do to their bodies, their hormones, their brain.
