Move your Mind and Body to Make a Move in Your Life
When you want to make a move in your life, start inside. This is something I do often and it changes the direction of my life every time. You’ve heard me say it before - when in doubt it’s time to “talk it out, work it out, and walk it out.”
Talk it out — Move your mind. Your self-talk matters. What positive affirmation can you give yourself today to talk to you with your best words. Maybe start with, “I am enough. “ or “Yes, I can.”
Work it out— Move your body. If you cannot find the positive self talk from step one, try taking it out with some movement. A walk can do wonders. Try a fast paced 1 minute of walking with your arms pumping to get the heart rate up and the mind clear.
Walk it out— Move your life. Walk into your life today! Walk into your kitchen and make the yogurt bowl. Walk into the restaurant for lunch, and choose the protein first. Walk into the meeting with your head up high. Walk into your spirit by saying, “yes I can”. Walk into your new day with a mind SET for self compassion.

Be kind to yourself today.
Speak kindly to yourself.
Speak affirmation instead of contempt.
And give yourself grace at the end of this day to recognize that if you did not walk it out or work it out, you DID shift your mindset to start something new inside of you.
