That was then...
There was suffering, depletion, quick fixes to solve the weight gain, which resulted in small plates, excessive cardio, and less meals. Undereating was the norm for weight loss.
That worked in my 30s, but started to not in my 40s, and definitely NOT in my 50s!
I am 50. And 50 has been the BEST year yet with food freedom, strength in my skin and confidence in my body. I WANT THIS FOR ANYONE AT ANY AGE. And it’s possible!
